Today started great, Corinne was in a fantastic mood, as were Kevin and I. I left for my first day back to work and felt optimistic they were going ot have good day. Kevin and Corinne started the day by playing for a few hours.
After that it did not go very well. I managed to make it through the 2500 e-mails that were waiting for me at work before I was beckoned home. My darling had cried and screamed auntil she fell asleep exhausted twice while I was gone for 5 hours, but she had not eaten. Kevin is so patient with her, it was heart breaking for him to snuggle her and take care of her while she cried all that time. They both had a very rough day. We now all sit in the family room, her belly is full, and peace has come over the house.
There are three varieties of bottles sitting on the coffee table in front of me. I had just pumped before coming home and once she was not starving she took a little of the fresh milk from a bottle. So, we did make a little progress today. If anyone knows any tricks to get her to enjoy a delicious bottle please pass your knowledge along.

Time to try a blog
Alright, everyone else is doing it. That must mean I should to. I will try to keep everyone updated on our goings on here.
Corinne is happy and fabulous. She reaches for, and clumsily moves, her toys. She is a little chatterbox and loves to smile, laugh and talk. I love this picture from yesterday, even if she only has half a head. It is tricky because she will smile at me all day, but not if I am behind the camera. So I point and hope for the best.
I am happy to report the garage sale at my mom's is over and was a success. Now we just need to find the time and energy to pack up and donate the rest of the stuff. Instead of doing that, Grannie (Sniderman) took Corinne and I shopping yesterday. We had a blast and got some very cute things I will feature in pictures here later.
Today we are off to see Grandma (Nicholls) and hope to come home and make jam. I have never made jam before, but decided it was a wholesome, at home mom kind of thing to do. So, I had to give it a shot, why not?
I return to work tomorrow. I am starting back with only six hours on Fridays. Kevin works a flex schedule which gives him every other Friday off and she will be with my Mom alternating Fridays. When Corinne is willing and happy to take a bottle I will add another day or two. We plan for me to stay part time.
Here is one more cute picture from yesterday to make sure you get your Corinne fix. She will be 3 months in 2 days. She is growing like crazy. At our two month visit she was in the 90th percentile for length and the 50th for weight. She holds her head like a champ, but is still not very fond of tummy time.
